Where a prosecution is conducted by a person other than the Public Prosecutor, the Deputy Attorney-General 2015referred to2015·2021mentioned2021 in section 11(2), 2015the Solicitor-General,2021Solicitor‑General,2021 a Deputy Public Prosecutor or an Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Public Prosecutor may, if he or she2021 thinks fit, take over the conduct of the prosecution at any stage of the proceedings and continue or discontinue the prosecution.
