At the further criminal case disclosure conference held on the date referred to²⁰²¹mentioned²⁰²¹ in section 161(4), or such other date to which the further criminal case disclosure conference has been adjourned under section 238, if the accused is not represented by an advocate, the court must explain to him,²⁰²¹the accused,²⁰²¹ in accordance with the prescribed form, the requirements of section 163(1), the effect of section 166 and the consequences provided under section 169(1).
