If, at the further²⁰¹² criminal case disclosure conference held on the date referred to²⁰²¹mentioned²⁰²¹ in section 215(1), the accused is not represented by an advocate, the Registrar of the Supreme Court must explain to him,²⁰²¹the accused,²⁰²¹ in accordance with the prescribed form, what ²⁰²⁵he²⁰²¹the accused^2021·2025 may do under section 215(1)(a)²⁰²⁵the requirements under section 215(1)²⁰²⁵, the effect of section 218 and the consequences provided under section 221.
