If, at the further criminal case disclosure conference held on the date referred to²⁰²¹mentioned²⁰²¹ in section 215(2), the accused does not indicate that he²⁰¹⁸defence does not indicate that the accused²⁰¹⁸ wishes to plead guilty, the Registrar of the Supreme Court may fix a date for trial.
