Where a death sentence has been carried out pursuant to a warrant issued under section 313(i)²⁰²⁴313(1)(i)²⁰²⁴, the Director²⁰¹⁴Commissioner²⁰¹⁴ of Prisons who carried out the sentence must return the warrant to the court which issued it with an endorsement signed by him,²⁰²¹the Commissioner,²⁰²¹ certifying that the sentence has been carried out.
