(1)A police officer or any other person making a search under this Division must prepare and sign a list of all things seized during the search, recording the location where each such thing is found.

(2)In every case, the occupier or person in charge of the place searched, or a person acting on his²⁰²¹behalf²⁰²¹ behalf,²⁰²¹of the occupier or person in charge,²⁰²¹ may attend during the search, and must be given a signed copy of the list.
