Where the petition of appeal has been filed under section 378, the trial court appealed from must send to the appellate court and the Public Prosecutor or to the respondent or his²⁰²¹the²⁰²¹ advocate,²⁰²¹respondent’s²⁰²¹ as²⁰²¹advocate (as²⁰²¹ the case may be,²⁰²¹be)²⁰²¹ a signed copy of the record of the proceedings, the grounds of decision, a copy of the notice of appeal and the petition of appeal.
