(1)The General Division of the ²⁰²¹High Court or the Court of Appeal,²⁰²¹Appeal²⁰²¹ as²⁰²¹(as²⁰²¹ the case may be,²⁰²¹be)²⁰²¹ must hear and determine any question of law arising on the case stated under section 395 or 396 and must affirm, amend or reverse the decision or make any other order it thinks fit.

(2)Any judge stating a case under this Code shall²⁰²¹is²⁰²¹ not be²⁰²¹ liable to any costs incurred with respect to it.
