Amendments
The General Division of the 2021High Court may, whenever it thinks fit, order that a prisoner detained in any prison within the limits of Singapore shall2021is to2021 be —
(b)brought before a court martial; or
(c)removed from one custody to another for the purpose of trial or for any other purpose which the Court thinks proper.
