(1)An attachment made under this Code shall²⁰²¹is²⁰²¹ not be²⁰²¹ considered unlawful, nor shall²⁰²¹is²⁰²¹ any person making it be²⁰²¹ considered to have done any wrong, on account of some defect or lack of form in the summons, conviction, order of attachment or other proceeding relating to it.

(2)The person referred to²⁰²¹mentioned²⁰²¹ in subsection (1) shall²⁰²¹is²⁰²¹ not be²⁰²¹ considered to have done wrong from the start on account of any irregularity that he²⁰²¹the person²⁰²¹ afterwards commits, but anyone wronged by the irregularity may take such proceedings in a civil court as he²⁰²¹the wronged person²⁰²¹ thinks fit to recover damages for any loss or harm he²⁰²¹the wronged person²⁰²¹ might have suffered.
