52.Contents of bond

(1)The bond to be executed by any person subject to an order under section 41 or 50 shall, as(as the case may be,be) bindbinds himthe person —

(a)to keep the peace; or

(b)to be of good behaviour.

(2)In the case of subsection (1)(b), it is a breach of the bond to commit, attempt to commit or abet the commission of an offence punishable with imprisonment.
