(1)An arrest warrant issued by a court under this Code must be in writing bearing the seal of the court and signed by a Magistrate or District Judge,²⁰²¹Judge²⁰²¹ as²⁰²¹(as²⁰²¹ the case may be,²⁰²¹be),²⁰²¹ or in the case of the High Court, by a Judge of the High Court²⁰²¹General Division of the High Court, by a Judge²⁰²¹ or by the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

(2)The arrest warrant shall remain²⁰²¹remains²⁰²¹ in force until it is executed, or cancelled by a court.
