Whoever commits house-trespass²⁰²⁰house-breaking²⁰²⁰ in order to commit any offence punishable with death, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years, and shall²⁰²⁰15 years, and shall, if he is not sentenced to imprisonment for life,²⁰²⁰ also be liable to fine.
