211.Public Prosecutor may issue subsequent fiat

If the Public Prosecutor has by his fiat designated the General Division of the High Court for the trial of the accused, he may nevertheless by subsequent fiat addressed to the General Division of the High Court designate a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court for the trial.
