Section 184 — Obstructing sale of property offered for sale by authority of public servant
As in force on 1 January 2020.
A person who intentionally obstructs any sale of property offered for sale by the lawful authority of any public servant as such, shall —
(b)in any other case, be punished with fine which may extend to $10,000.
Whoever intentionally obstructs any sale of property offered for sale by the lawful authority of any public servant as such, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to $1,500, or with both.
