Section 418 — Orders for review of detention
As in force on 2 January 2011.
The High Court may, whenever it thinks fit, order that a prisoner detained in any prison within the limits of Singapore shall be —
(b)brought before a court martial; or
(c)removed from one custody to another for the purpose of trial or for any other purpose which the Court thinks proper.
